Hello everyone, you can probably tell from the delayed news update that we've been hard at work this week. Finishing up the first month of the year strong is just as important as how you start the month. As working on Y3AR 11 has progressed, it's been interesting to reflect back on the journey and see the memories.

I challenge you to reflect on the first month of 2026 and answer these questions as soon as you can. Be as honest as possible, as you aren't doing any favours for yourself or your career with deception.
